UMKC Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2004
The UMKC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 28th April 2004 at 8pm at Undergraduate Lounge B, second floor, Union House. A number of Constitutional amendments will be proposed followed by the election of a new committee for 2004/05.
The AGM is a forum that gives ordinary club members a chance to have a say in the running of the club and to ensure the accountability of the club committee. All financial club members have an equal vote on any matter arising at the AGM. All members are expected to attend. Apologies can be emailed to kendo@sports.unimelb.edu.au
Training will finish at 7.30pm on Wednesday 28 April so that the AGM can start on time and to avoid the meeting running too late.
