The Official UMKC Website Version 3 is Here!
Welcome to the new official UMKC website.

New feature:
  • Cleaner layout.
  • All documents are reproduced in pdf form for easier viewing.
  • All information has been reorganized.
  • Melbourne time and weather on the top right corner of the page.
  • A Sitemap so that you don't get lost.
  • Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese pages for foreign visitors.
  • Top banners will change everytime the page is reloaded^^. More new banners will be added from time to time.

New Website Almost Done.
The New Official UMKC Website is nearly done. Please bear with us while we update the website. The Calendar and Forum which are provided by Invision Power Board are expected to be back online before Monday 30th January. Sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

Grading Information - Feburary 11th
There has been a change in the grading organisation this year.

The first grading will be on Feburary 11th for 5th and 6th Kyu ONLY.

If you wish to grade you must be a paid member of the club.

Please fill out the attached application form and return it to Michael by WED FEB 1st, along with payment of $20. (The club will subsidize the extra $10)

The following details may help on the form:
- Location: Kenshikan Dojo
- Date Awarded Last Grade: Sept 17th 2005
- Fee amount included...: $30
- Make sure you sign in the CORRECT location

If you will not be back in Australia by Feb 1st, but will be back for grading please email Michael. (m.dunn2 AT gmail.com)

Ideally, you should try and at least attend one training before the grading. Sensei will endeavor to run a mock 'grading' exercise in the week leading up to the grading.

4th Kyu grading and above will be in May. See below for full details.

Training Resumes Wednesday!
UMKC Training resumes this Wednesday, 11th Jan, 5.30pm.

Don't forget the new fees come into effect this week.

Friday mornings will also resume this week.
