The second Clubs Day is this Thursday, 1st March. This is as important as Orientation Week last week, perhaps even more so, because not only will we be targetting new students, but returning students also. The potential audience is even larger!
Please note that we WILL have another demonstation for this day. We will follow the same demonstration format as last week.
The day will start at 10am, and finish at 4pm. It is preferred that helpers help out for the whole day, but if you can only attend for half the day, your help is still needed! Especially people who can demonstrate!
If you can help out for this day, please send an email to the club.
The AKR is now calling for nominations for National AKR Officers. For full details, please read the email from the AKR Secretary, which as been forwarded to your inbox.

Also, the VKR Annual General Meeting will be held this Sunday 26th, at 1pm, at the Kenshikan. All members are invited, and encouraged to attend.
A General Meeting has been called for Thursday, 1st of March, at 7:00pm (after training).

The primary purpose of the meeting is to brief all members about the club's strategies for increasing beginner recruitment and retention, including the members' role within these strategies. Some of these were touched upon at the recent EGM; in any case the help of the entire club is needed so your attendance is greatly appreciated.

Please arrive early - this is an opportunity not to be missed!

We still need volunteers to help out with the recruitment and the demonstration. If you can help out, please send an email.
